The third person found dead after a boat capsized July 14 in the San Francisco Bay has been identified by the Medical Examiner’s Office.

Carol Boisa, 74, of Sacramento County, was identified by the San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office after being found west of the Golden Gate Bridge this weekend.
