A woman who was the second person found dead after a boat capsized Tuesday in the Bay has been identified by the San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office.

Tondra Miller, a 58-year-old woman from Sacramento County, was identified after being found near Treasure Island on Thursday afternoon. The Medical Examiner’s Office said Miller also was known as Tondra Madruga.
