San Mateo County prosecutors say they won’t file charges in a massive condominium complex fire that displaced dozens of residents and injured four firefighters in Foster City last month.
One person was arrested in connection with the Aug. 2 fire that destroyed or damaged about 50 units and displaced almost 150 residents at 815 Sea Spray Lane.
