The six-alarm fire in a Foster City apartment complex Sunday has been successfully extinguished, the city announced Monday afternoon in a news release.

Just after 2:30 p.m. Sunday, units with the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department and partnering public safety agencies responded to a reported fire at an apartment complex at 815 Sea Spray Lane, along Seal Slough.
