Organizers of a popular San Francisco music festival plan to make changes to reduce noise and vibrations across the Bay, the city of Alameda said on its website Friday.
The Portola Music Festival on San Francisco’s Pier 80 has been heard and felt in Alameda for the past two years, the city said.
