A man found living in a small Indiana town has been charged with the rape of a woman in San Jose 15 years ago through an investigation that allegedly matched his DNA to the crime, the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office said this week. Â
James Aaron Whisenand, 43, was arrested Monday by authorities in Indiana after DNA allegedly matching his was found at the senior living apartment of a woman who was raped after the suspect entered her residence.
