A man found living in a small Indiana town has been charged with the rape of a woman in San Jose 15 years ago through an investigation that allegedly matched his DNA to the crime, the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office said this week.  

James Aaron Whisenand, 43, was arrested Monday by authorities in Indiana after DNA allegedly matching his was found at the senior living apartment of a woman who was raped after the suspect entered her residence.
