Contra Costa County has dedicated its Clerk-Recorder-Elections Facility as the Stephen L. Weir Building. The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors and County Clerk-Recorder Debi Cooper hosted a public ceremony in front of the building beginning Monday morning.
