Hashi Market, which bills itself as a combination fresh food supermarket, mini department store and catering service, is reaching beyond its New York City base to Cupertino Crossroads shopping center. The market, which opened Saturday, took over a retail space occupied until 2023 by Sprouts Farmers Market, city officials said.
