Another mechanical issue is holding up repairs to a historic drawbridge connecting Mare Island and Vallejo, the city said Wednesday. The Mare Island Causeway Bridge has been partially closed to traffic for over a year while crews work to upgrade the ailing structure, which was built in 1934.
