Plans for a new BART station between Fremont and Warm Springs are progressing after the transit district’s Board of Directors recently passed a resolution in unanimous support of the project’s design phase.

The Feb. 27 vote was 8-0, with Director Bevan Dufty absent, to approve a resolution of public compliance and initial project report as part of its consent calendar for a planned BART station in the Irvington district of Fremont.
