Drivers using Highway 9 in Santa Cruz County should expect delays this week as multiple construction projects get underway.
Starting Monday, travelers will encounter daytime and overnight one-way reversing traffic control at multiple locations along Highway 9. The traffic controls are expected to remain in place through Friday.
