Napa County officials warn against phishing scam targeting permit and payment requests

Napa County officials are warning residents about a recent phishing scam involving fraudulent emails impersonating county departments and staff. 

According to the officials, the emails request wire transfers or payments for permits or applications and may appear legitimate at first glance.
