A woman who was killed in a shooting at a Spirit Halloween store in Fairfield on Friday was pregnant, police said Saturday.

She was identified by the Fairfield Police Department as 31-year-old Constance Hages.

Hages and six others were shot at about 8:30 p.m. at the store at Solano Town Center, a mall located at 1350 Travis Blvd.

Her family informed police that Hages was pregnant at the time of her death, which an autopsy will confirm, police said.

The Fairfield Police Department said in an update Saturday that the shooting was suspected to have been targeted at someone in the store. The Police Department did not say whether any of the victims were the target and said no further information would be released while the investigation continued.

No arrests had been made as of Saturday.

They were identified as a 16-year-old boy, a 19-year-old man and a 32-year-old man.

Another victim, a 23-year-old man was in critical but stable condition.

Two others, a 19-year-old man and 43-year-old man, were treated for gunshot wounds at a hospital and released.

The Fairfield Police Department asked anyone with information to contact them and advised the community to remain alert.
