On Nov. 3, Pleasanton voters will choose between incumbent Mayor Jack Balch and Councilmember Julie Testa as their next mayor in the general election.
Balch was elected mayor in 2024 after serving as a councilmember from 2020 to 2024. Testa, on the other hand, was elected to the City Council in 2018 and has served two four-year terms as a councilmember.
