A 39-year-old Windsor man was sentenced to one year plus 95 years to life in prison for the 2023 stabbing death of Asante Vandyke of Santa Rosa and assaults on three other people, the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday.
Judge Paige Hein sentenced Braulio Torres Garcia on Friday, following his February conviction by a Sonoma County jury on second-degree murder and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, prosecutors said.
