A $15.4 million transformation of Boorman Park is nearing completion, with the 3.3-acre Richmond neighborhood park expected to reopen to the public in late fall, according to city officials.
The project at 2799 Maine Ave. included extensive environmental remediation and new sports, fitness and recreational amenities, the city said.
