The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory that will be in effect for much of the San Francisco Bay Area this weekend.

The advisory is for 11 a.m. Saturday through 10 p.m. Sunday for most of the region besides some coastal and North Bay areas because of a forecast of inland temperatures that could reach triple digits, according to the weather service.
