Officers involved in a fatal shooting outside a Martinez cannabis store in 2023 acted in self-defense, and there is insufficient evidence to prosecute them, the California Department of Justice announced Tuesday.
In 2023, 20-year-old Tahmon Wilson was shot dead by four Martinez Police Department officers as they responded to an attempted break-in at a cannabis dispensary.
