A federal judge is scheduled to hold a case management conference Tuesday in a long-running civil rights lawsuit that led to federal oversight of the Oakland Police Department after the so-called “Oakland Riders” scandal.
The Delphine Allen et al. v. City of Oakland hearing will be held at 3:30 p.m. in person before U.S. District Judge William Orrick at the federal courthouse at 450 Golden Gate Ave. in San Francisco.
