A former operations manager at a San Jose high school pleaded guilty in federal court earlier this week to two counts of online child enticement and two counts of receipt of child pornography.
The charges against 46-year-old Todd Baldwin were brought by federal prosecutors after he was accused of paying underage boys — including at least one student he knew through the school where he worked, Valley Christian High School — to take pictures and film themselves engaging in sexual acts, according to the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California’s office.
