The San Francisco Fire Department released a photo of baby Cielle Ray, who was delivered in Golden Gate Park on Saturday after her family was delayed getting to the hospital due to heavy traffic.
About 4:30 p.m., traffic congestion forced the family to pull over on the shoulder near Crossover Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in the park, fire officials said.
