The San Mateo County Transportation Authority board approved $8.1 million for 11 local transportation projects aimed at improving safety and connections along the U.S. Highway 101 corridor, county officials announced Friday.
The funding includes $4.1 million in new Measure A interest income for the 101 Corridor Connect Kickstart Mini-Grant Program, in addition to $4 million previously approved.
