A newly filed lawsuit accuses the YMCA of Silicon Valley of negligent hiring practices, understaffing, and a failure to protect children from sexual abuse at its Morgan Hill facility.
The suit was filed Wednesday by law firm Cerri, Boskovich & Allard LLP at the Santa Clara County Superior Court of California on behalf of 10-year-old girl who alleges she was sexually abused by a YMCA of Silicon Valley employee in June.
