Heather Abrams, the town manager of Fairfax in Marin County, is the top candidate for town manager in the Napa County community of Yountville, according to the Yountville clerk’s office.
Yountville’s council will vote Tuesday on an employment agreement naming Abrams as the next town manager, Clerk Hilary Gaede announced Friday.
