The head coach of Tracy High School’s varsity football team has been arrested after a cellphone was discovered recording students while they were changing in a locker room, police said Saturday.
Police said the phone belonged to Jeffrey Pribble, 48, who is listed as the football varsity head coach on Tracy High Sports’ web page.
