An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with a threat to shoot a Santa Rosa resident and a collision with a police vehicle, officials said Friday.
Fox Wheeler of Roseville was taken into custody Thursday, accused of criminal threats, assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer, conspiracy and carrying a loaded firearm.
