A 37-year-old San Leandro man was arrested Aug. 31 in connection with four car vandalism cases reported in the city, police said.
Darrian Hardaway was reportedly caught on surveillance footage allegedly breaking into a parked car’s window in the 200 block of Garcia Avenue on Aug. 18, according to the police.
