Napa County prevailed in a lawsuit challenging the approval of a use permit for Bonny’s Vineyard after a Superior Court judge ruled that the case was time-barred and that the plaintiff did not state valid claims for relief.
Napa County Superior Court Judge Cynthia Smith adopted an Aug. 21 tentative ruling as the court’s final ruling following a hearing Friday, county officials said.
