The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission will open the new six-mile Skyline Watershed Ridge Trail to the public Monday, giving visitors access to a portion of the Peninsula Watershed in San Mateo County.
The trail opens at 6 a.m., and a free permit is required for entry. It runs along SFPUC property parallel to Skyline Boulevard and extends south from Highway 92.
