A relative of three people killed in a suspected arson fire in Richmond on Tuesday is asking for help raising money for their funeral expenses.

Evelin Rivera’s 47-year-old father, 5-year-old nephew and 2-year-old niece were killed in a house fire allegedly started by her brother, 32-year-old Sergio Rivera-Vega.
