The computer products company Logitech is facing a class-action lawsuit accusing the company of withholding from customers millions of dollars in tariff refunds after raising prices to offset tariffs that were later declared unlawful by the U.S. Supreme Court.

The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California this week by the Cotchett, Pitre and McCarthy law firm. Logitech, which sells computer devices like keyboards and mice, has a corporate office in San Jose.
