In a lawsuit filed Monday, a concert production company is seeking damages from a contractor for trademark infringement, false advertising and defective construction at the iconic San Francisco venue The Castro Theatre.
Another Planet Entertainment is a Berkeley-based company that, along with its affiliates, operates venues including The Castro, the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, The Independent in San Francisco, the Greek Theatre in Berkeley and the Fox Theater in Oakland.
