A Pinole man was sentenced to 50 years to life in prison Friday for killing a woman 10 days after she broke off their relationship, prosecutors said.
Jeffery Kendall, 39, was convicted in May of first-degree murder in the slaying of 30-year-old Brittany Elizabeth Ligdis on Feb. 16, 2024, according to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s office.
