San Francisco city leaders marked the completion this week of an affordable housing complex for families in the Haight neighborhood that was nearly a decade in the making.
The complex at 730 Stanyan St. has 160 units for families with low to moderate incomes, based on the city’s adjusted median income of about $162,000 for a family of four.
