In an effort to clean up vandalism quickly and keep storefronts clean, Vallejo will offer free graffiti removal services, city officials said.
Commercial property owners can request city crews to pressure wash or paint over the graffiti for free by filling out a property access form on the city’s website, public information officials said Wednesday.
