A 33-year-old man was charged in connection with the torture and killing of a kitten in a Market Street bank ATM vestibule, prosecutors said Friday.
William Ohlson, of Reno, Nevada, was accused of killing, maiming or abusing an animal, overdrive, overwork or overload of an animal and resisting, obstructing, delaying a peace officer, the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office said.
