The Marin County Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to place a measure on the November ballot that would extend and increase a four-year parcel tax supporting paramedic services by the Ross Valley Paramedic Authority.
The 40-year-old joint powers authority provides paramedic and emergency care to Corte Madera, Larkspur, Fairfax, Ross and San Anselmo. Member agencies include the Central Marin Fire Department, Kentfield Fire Protection District, Marin County Fire Department and the Ross Valley Fire Department.
