A report of people drinking alcohol and urinating in public led to the arrests of two adults and two juveniles after Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies discovered a loaded 9mm ghost gun in a vehicle, authorities said.

Deputies responded at around 8:14 a.m. Thursday to the area of Cornwall Street and Bellinzona Avenue after a neighbor reported several people outside a parked Chevrolet Traverse consuming alcohol and urinating in public, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.
