Novato City Council adopts $62.5M balanced budget for 2026-27 fiscal year

The Novato City Council has approved a balanced $62.5 million general fund budget for the 2026-27 fiscal year, marking the second consecutive year the city has adopted a balanced spending plan since voters approved Measure M. 

The budget, adopted June 23 and effective July 1, allocates funding for public safety, infrastructure improvements, and community programs.
