A proposal to extend San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park Concerts series through 2035 moved forward last week after approval by the city’s Recreation and Park Commission. 

The agreement would allow concert promoter Another Planet Entertainment to continue hosting large live music events on the Polo Field in Golden Gate Park, along with three free concerts annually at locations across the city, the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department said Thursday.
