Gov. Gavin Newsom has proclaimed states of emergency to support recovery from severe weather in Santa Cruz County, Mendocino County and Sonoma County.
The proclamations, announced Friday, allow access to state assistance and resources to help communities get over the disasters that occurred late last year, the Governor’s Office said.
