Two trails in the Presidio of San Francisco will temporarily be off-limits to dog-walkers starting Friday for the start of the coyote pupping season.
The Presidio Trust announced Monday that segments of the Park Trail and the Bay Area Ridge Trail will remain closed through October to minimize conflict between humans, dogs, and coyotes, who are more protective of their territories during this season.
