THE PROPRIETOR OF A SAN FRANCISCO-BASED “squatter removal” service and an associate were arraigned Wednesday for allegedly forcibly entering a residential property in San Bruno last month and removing the family that was living there.
According to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office, on Jan. 6, James Jacobs and Arthur Gutierez Jr., along with a third individual identified by prosecutors as “Angelmike Va Regalado,” used a battering ram to enter a home in the 200 block of Allen Drive at 2:30 a.m. According to the District Attorney’s Office, they were brandishing weapons and forced the five people inside to leave.
