Contra Costa County is inviting residents to apply for four vacancies with an advisory body that helps guide the development of a new countywide support network for vulnerable African American residents.

The African American Holistic Wellness and Resource Hub Transitional Community Advisory Body, known as the TCAB, was created by the Board of Supervisors and advises the Office of Racial Equity and Social Justice on choosing an independent lead entity to run the wellness hub. It also offers guidance on selecting community-based organizations that will provide rapid-response services.
