The Bay Area Air District reached an agreement with Argent Materials to resolve the company’s air quality violations at their construction material recycling facility in East Oakland facility, the agency announced.
Argent operates two facilities near one another in Oakland: one on Baldwin Street and one on San Leandro Street.
