Walmart will pay nearly $5.64 million to settle allegations of false advertising and unfair competition in California, Sonoma County District Attorney Carla Rodriguez announced.
Prosecutors from Sonoma, San Diego, San Bernardino, and Santa Clara counties alleged Walmart charged some customers more than the lowest posted or advertised price.
