Family of Atherton bicyclist killed in collision with garbage truck files wrongful death suit

IN A ROOM SO QUIET the air felt like it stood still, Kristy Roos-Taylor and her husband held back tears as the family announced a lawsuit against the garbage collection service GreenWaste Recovery regarding a collision that killed their son Dylan Taylor in Atherton in May.

Their lawyer, Mary Alexander, said her law firm filed a civil suit on behalf of the Taylor family in San Mateo County Superior Court with a demand for a jury trial.
