The Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office has identified a man who was killed in an industrial accident earlier this month in Brentwood.
Telesforo Torres Lopez, 54, of Petaluma, was killed after being pinned by a large piece of machinery around 3:30 p.m. on May 5 in the 3900 block of Walnut Boulevard.
