East Bay Municipal Utility District is looking for a tenant to occupy the outdoor performance site in Orinda formerly used by the California Shakespeare Theater known as Cal Shakes.
Just north of state Highway 242 on the eastern side of the Caldecott Tunnel, the six-acre site was last used for a Cal Shakes performance in September. After 50 years, the group dissolved later last year.
