A program to help spur the creation of small businesses in San Francisco that is set to expire this summer could be extended another year after receiving backing from Mayor Daniel Lurie.Â
The First Year Free program waives several fees for new businesses for their first year of operation, including a registration fee, a license fee and permit fees.Â
